There are no prerequisites for this course. Bring a note pad and pen, casual comfortable clothing. Lunch is not supplied but cafes and shops are close by.

What I would like to offer you is a 2 day workshop where you learn effective methods to change the way your body and mind create the negative feedback loop that keeps you in a state of anxiety or panic.
In my practice I use these techniques everyday and teach people 1:1 how to use them to help themselves and other family members or friends. That's why I decided to offer this small group session to help more people help themselves.
